Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the tea plant, Camellia sinensis. After water, tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world.

We are an established tea manufacturing house, and have been in tea industry for more than 60 years. We produce approximately 1.2 Million kilograms of premium quality teas (CTC + Orthodox) in our tea estates and factory. Jaipur Tea Estate was established by planting saplings from the first lot of seeds imported from China around 1834. As such Jaipur Tea Estate was probably the first established tea garden in India.

A small patch of land has been dedicated to the old plants, some of which are as old as 175 years. This patch also contains some plants generated from Assam seeds discovered by Dr. Wallich and Bruce in 1836. .
